1. Service
The application and the services provided therein are offered to you subject to your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in these regulations. Using the application is consent to these terms.
- You can change your voice before and during a conversation, according to the available effects.
- You can play sounds during a call.
- Funcalls usage is time-based and calculated from call duration according to the prices shown in the app.
- You can record calls, where permitted by applicable law.
2. Use of the application
- You must not use Funcalls in any way that is illegal or unlawful under local or international law.
- Remove Funcalls from your device if you have doubts about lawful use.
- You are responsible for checking the legality of call recording in your country and must remove Funcalls if recording is not permitted.
- Application management may suspend, block, or immediately cease your use of the service if you violate these Terms of Use.
- Application management may revise these terms from time to time.
- Do not use the application for any illegal purpose.
- The company may disclose information when required by law enforcement or government authorities.
- Do not post or transmit through the application any information that is false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive of others’ privacy, pornographic, sexually oriented, racist, or illegal.
- You are solely responsible for information you post or transmit. Application management does not accept responsibility for transmitted content.
- Do not use the application commercially to send advertisements or similar solicitations.
- You acknowledge that management cannot review, sift, or filter every subscriber using the application.
- In no event shall application management be liable for results of use, including without limitation physical, mental, financial, emotional, or other damage.
- By using the app you allow us to send updates by email or other channels. If you no longer want them, reply to our correspondence and tell us.
3. Availability & general
Management intends that the application and services will be available whenever possible. However, continuous availability without incident cannot be guaranteed. Service may stop from time to time for maintenance. No monetary compensation or credit is owed for malfunctions or interruptions.
This app may use advertising or remarketing services (including Google) to reach previous visitors. Third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technology based on prior app use. Data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the vendor’s policy. You can manage Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.
4. Invite rewards
Where invite rewards are offered, rewards are granted based on the inviting user’s account identity. Rewards are typically given only to the first user who successfully invites a new user when identity checks match. Details shown in the app at the time of the promotion control.
