Delete your account and data
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open Funcalls, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and the personal data tied to it are permanently deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email bar.amazing.app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include the phone number you registered with. We may ask you to confirm ownership of that number before we delete the account. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and the phone number used to register.
- Your credit balance and our records of your purchases and subscriptions.
- Your call history and any call recordings you kept.
- Your push-notification tokens and in-app settings.
What may be kept, and for how long
A limited set of records may be retained for a short period only where the law requires it — for example for tax/billing or fraud-prevention purposes — and is then deleted. Purchase and subscription histories held by Apple or Google are managed by those stores under their own policies; deleting your Funcalls account removes our copy of that information but does not change your records with the app stores.
